Greendale Twi-Nite Baseball Wraps Up Season
Local youth baseball players battle it out in the playoffs this week to decide division champions.
It was the 4th seeded Sand Gnats against the 2nd seed Owlz in the Greendale Twi-Nite Baseball Pony division playoff final on Thursday, July 21. The game featured local 7th and 8th grade boys battling it out at the Greendale Community Center baseball field #1.
In the end, the Gnats came out on top, winning 6-to-2 to claim the Championship.
In other Twi-Nite Baseball playoffs, the Greendale Athletics won the Hardball Majors Championship in a 2-to-1 victory over the Tigers at Brinkman Field on Thursday.

The Minor League Championship was won by the Rockies, who beat out the Cardinals in a 8-to-7 win on Wednesday night at Jaycee Park.
