Man Pulls a Machete During An Argument For a Parking Space

A West Allis man arguing about a parking space at Southridge Mall pulls a machete on another man in order to get his point across.

A West Allis man aruging about a parking space at is facing charges after he decided to get his point across literally and pulled a machete on another man.

Max J. Erdmann, 21, was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he could face up to 90 days in prison and $1,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

Erdmann and another man began arguing about a parking space at the mall Saturday, when he grabbed a machete out of the back of his SUV, raised it over his head and told the victim to “move your (expletive) car.” The other man immediately called 911.

When arrived, Erdmann admitted wielding the machete at the other man and realized he was wrong for doing so.

Erdmann is scheduled to make his first appearance in court Thursday.
