Mitt Romney Wins Over Greendale
Mitt Romney took 67% of the vote in Greendale with 38% voter turnout in the village.
Mitt Romney defeated Rick Santorum in the Wisconsin Presidential Primary Tuesday as well as in Greendale.
In Greendale Romney had 67% of the vote while Rick Santorum only had 27% of the vote, according to the unofficial results from the Village of Greendale Clerk-Treasurer's office.
There was a 38% voter turnout in Greendale. Clerk-Treasurer Kathy Kasza said that there were 55 absentee and one military ballot still outstanding. There will be a Municipal Board of Canvas on Monday, April 9 at 9 a.m. to process any absentee ballots received by 4 p.m. on April 6.
