New Explorium Brewpub Opens in Southridge Wednesday
Restaurant goers will see a large menu at Explorium Brewpub featuring house-cut steaks, wood-fired pizza, bar bites and more.
GREENDALE, WI -- The Explorium Brewpub, a spectacular new drinking and dining experience at Southridge Mall, is set to open Wednesday.
The new brewpub is a 6,000 square foot drinking and dining establishment, which features a 10-barrel brewhouse and a full-service bar with 24 craft beers on tap, including four original Explorium beers and an assortment of brew from other Milwaukee brewers.
Restaurant goers will also enjoy a large entrée menu featuring house-cut steaks, wood-fired pizza, bar bites and more.

According to a report from On Milwaukee, which participated in a sneak-preview this week, Explorium's menu is characterized as expansive with loads of appetizers, salads, burgers, pizzas, calzones and entrees.
