Village Approves 2018 Taste Of Greendale

2018 is the second year for the Taste of Greendale. Here's when it's coming up:

GREENDALE, WI -- Greendale's fall just got a little more festive now that Village officials have signed off on the 2018 Taste of Greendale.

The Greendale Historical Society requested a special event permit for Taste of Greendale during the Aug. 21 Village Board meeting.

Last year was the first year of this event. The 2018 event is scheduled for Sunday, Sep. 23 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. in and around the Hose Tower.

This year's Taste of Greendale plans on having food vendors from the Village. Visitors will be able to sample food and visit the Hose Tower.

The Village will barricade off the vendor area from parking lot traffic, according to meeting documents.
