Vote Fraud Committed against the Supreme Court

Can you present numbers to the Supreme Court that don't add up?

For the second time in a week, the Supreme Court has taken away the ability of Wisconsin voters to enact legislation they successfully passed. Most recently is the Voter ID bill. According to the Application to Vacate the stay of the 7th Circuit Court the biggest issue, aside from the already debunked notion of disenfranchisement, is that Wisconsin had sent out its absentee ballots without the notice that ID must be provided.

According to the Government Accountability Board (GAB), over 12,000 absentee ballots had been printed and thousands sent out to voters. In the Application to Vacate, it lists the number nearly 12,000 ballots sent to voters. This however, I believe this is an untrue statement. Nearly that many ballots had been requested at the time of time of the 7th Circuit Court’s ruling and the some already printed ballots had been sent to local municipalities for mailing, but I can’t find a major municipality claiming they had been mailed. This includes Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Appleton, La Crosse, Jefferson, and Eau Claire whose city clerks did not mail them, waiting on more info from the GAB. The only community that appears to have mailed out any is Wausau with a grand total of 725. Of those only 22 had been returned. 725 is a far cry from 12,000.

This vacated stay is more than a liberal sympathetic judge on the Supreme Court. I believe that the GAP in coordination with the those initiating the application have mislead the Supreme Court and the people of Wisconsin. In order to meet the requirements of the Application process, a narrative needed to be created that “irreparable harm will result”. Which is interesting considering in the brief presented to Justice Kagan requesting that the Application be denied, it is noted that, “—five full days after the Order was entered—Plaintiffs sought an “emergency” en banc rehearing of the stay decision. (No. 14-2058, 7th Cir. Dkt. #65-1). Their delay was unexplained.” Was there hope additional ballots might get sent out?

Moreover, in the application it states that. “The instructions included with those ballots did not include a photo ID requirement, and many voters have already completed and returned those absentee ballots.” The GAB should also be required to prove that more than 22 votes have actually been returned and that of those 22, the ID’s are not currently on file from the previous election in 2012 when ID’s were needed in Wisconsin.

There something that fails the sniff test on this case. If the largest cities in the state had not yet sent out the absentee ballots at the time the ID Bill became law, where are these numbers coming from? Does truth even matter when a liberal agenda needs to get moved forward?

EDIT - It appears that while I am able to blog on Patch, they will not let any of post go through, even with numerous. Therefore, I will address a couple of comments here.

Bob, My only objection to to your, give everyone a year to adjust, idea is the Democrats in both Milwaukee and Madison will bring bus loads of people to the poll station who will claim to not have an ID, simply to skew the results. The Dems have not been honest up till this point, why would they during this time of grace. The only result will falsified numbers showing hundred of IDless people.

Lyle - I can find more cases of vote fraud, then you can find cases of people refused at the polls because of lacking an ID. Regardless, the states have the right to enact there own vote laws without prior SCOTUS approval. As for the rest of the post, it is little more than propaganda. Addressing any of your line items only allows you the opportunity to justify your irrational statements.
