Stacy's current keepers, Alex Noggle, Jake Sisler and Shawn Markum, all seniors on the Greendale boys varsity soccer team, forked over the skinny on Stacy's past, present and future.
Five or six years ago, a player on Greendale's boys varsity soccer team discovered Stacy in his basement. It is unknown how long Stacy lingered in cellar darkness or where she orginated. However, her fate soon changed from being a dusty, basement wallflower to a glorious Panther mascot.

Not just anyone can be Stacy's keeper. At the end of each school year, the varsity boys soccer team votes on which upcoming senior has the most Panther spirit. This person will hold the honor as Stacy's keeper for the following school year.
Stacy's duties do not end after football season. A senior football player will escort her to all the basketball games where she will continue to rally Panther fans.
