17-Year-Old Greenfield Youth Arrested For Robbery
A 17-year-old Greenfield youth has been arrested and charged after robbing another person of his bike and cell phone.

WEST ALLIS, WI — A 17-year-old Greenfield youth has been arrested and charged after robbing another person of his bike and cell phone.
On Aug. 29, a West Allis police officer responded to the area of 11000 W. Oklahoma Ave. in West Allis on a report of a robbery.
According to police, a victim stated that he was riding an orange mountain bike when Tayveon Keaton, 17, of Greenfield, threatened to shoot him if he did not give up his cell phone and bike.

West Allis police reported in a short while after the incident occurred, he located a suspect who matched the description of the suspect. The person identified himself as Keaton, and the officer noted that he was sweating profusely despite it only being 58 degrees outside.
The criminal complaint stated he also noticed the odor of marijuana emanating from him.

A white iPhone 6 was found in Keaton's pocket, a cellphone which he stated belonged to
him. The officer was given the number to the victim's cellphone by the victim and called the
number to his cellphone, according to police.
Police say the phone that was taken from the Keaton's pocket is the cellphone that responded and rang when the officer called the victim's cellphone number.
The officer checked the area of the robbery for evidence. The victim's bicycle was found on a dead end street, directly north of the bicycle was a pair of gray sweatpants and about 2 feet from the sweatpants was an Otterbox brand phone case, according to police.
Near the case was a black Kyocera brand cell phone that was turned off. Once turned on, the officer observed a screensaver photo of Keaton on the Kyocera cell phone, according to police.
Keaton has been charged with robbery, and could face up to 10 years behind bars if convicted.
