$450M Mega Millions Jackpot: Winning Numbers Friday Jan. 5
The winning Mega Millions numbers for Friday, Jan. 5, 2018 will be announced at 10 p.m. CDT. The jackpot is up to $450 million.
At 10 p.m. on Friday, Mega Millions players in Wisconsin will learn whether they have won a share of an estimated $450 million jackpot.
Since no one won the Tuesday Mega Millions drawings, the winnings have climbed northward to $450 million with a $281 million cash option. Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 p.m.

Players select five numbers from 1 to 70, and one Mega Ball number from 1 to 25. Players will have a 1 in 24 overall chance of winning a prize.
Players may add the Megaplier option for an extra $1 per play to increase non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, or 5 times.
Mega Millions is one of the world's biggest lottery games. Introduced as The Big Game in August 1996 with six member states, the game grew, becoming Mega Millions in May 2002. Mega Millions is currently offered by 46 lotteries.
