4th of July Drunk Driving Arrests in Milwaukee County
12 Drivers were arrested, including those from Greenfield, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Waukegan, Muskego, Brown Deer and Franklin.

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI β This weekendβs Operation Drive Sober initiative over the Fourth of July holiday, from Friday at 4:00 p.m. through July 5 at 6:00 a.m., resulted in the arrest of 12 motorists on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. The average preliminary breath test result was .14.
One repeat-offender was arrested: Joslyn Scott, age 60, of Kenosha, for DUI-2nd.
First-time offenders taken into custody were: Kaitlyn Gallinatti, age 24, of Greenfield; Daniel Harper, age 22, of Waukesha; Margarita Nunn, age 30, of Milwaukee; Jesus Zuniga, age 23, of Waukegan, Illinois; Christopher Christenson, age 36, of Milwaukee; Felix Fonseca, age 47, of Milwaukee; Christian Spannraft, age 49, of Muskego; Kellie Frey, age 36, of Brown Deer; Juan Rodriguez, age 40, of Milwaukee; and Brandon Ossoinik, age 20, of Franklin.

Jamaal Butler, age 35, of Milwaukee, was arrested for DUI-1st with Minor Child in Vehicle. A deputy stopped Butler last night on I-43 northbound near Walnut Street at about 7:40 p.m. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and said he had two beers at noon. The intoximeter result was .17. A one-year-old child was in the vehicle. Butler faces up to six months in jail if convicted of DUI-1st with Minor Child Under Age 16 in Vehicle.
