Always a Bad Idea: Drunk Driver Passes Sheriff's Squad Car, Gets Arrested
Man said he had four, five, or maybe eight beers, and did not know his home address or where he was going.

GREENFIELD -- Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies arrested a New Berlin man after he was caught drunk driving in Greenfield.
At 1:15 a.m., a sheriff’s deputy stopped a vehicle on I-43 eastbound at 108th Street in Greenfield after it passed his squad at a high rate of speed.
Wayne J. Moon, age 54, of New Berlin, was arrested for DUI-5th offense. He said he had four, five, or maybe eight beers, and did not know his home address or where he was going. He tested a .15 on the preliminary breath test (PBT).

Moon’s previous convictions were in April 2001, June 2002, June 2004 and February 2008.
If convicted of the DUI-5th offense, a Class H Felony, Moon could be imprisoned for up to six years.
