Angry Greenfield Car Burglar Punches Out Informant's Window
A man implicated in multiple vehicle break-ins in Greenfield took his frustrations out on the person who likely reported his conduct.

OAK CREEK, WI-- In one notable police call this week, a man implicated in multiple vehicle break-ins in Greenfield took his frustrations out on the person who likely reported his conduct to police.
According to the police report, officers responded to the 800 block of E. Scenic Rd. just before noon on Jan. 12.
According to the report, a resident on the 800 block of E. Scenic Dr. told police that a suspect, described as wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans and black hair, fled on foot after yelling and swearing at the resident, and then punching out his car window.

The report stated that the damage was estimated to be $300.
When interviewed by police, the resident stated that the most likely reason the suspect approached him, yelled and swore at him, and then punched out his window was that "he snitched on him for going through unlocked vehicles in Greenfield about a month ago."
