We’re now in our second week of the Kids Bowl Free summer program, and it’s off to a great start. This year’s program promises to be even better than last year’s, and it’s because we’ve added perks to make bowling a family event all summer long.
The Kids Bowl Free program works with elementary and middle schools to provide educational grants encouraging kids to get into local bowling alleys. More than 1,050 bowling centers throughout the United States and Canada are participating this year, and, in 2013, over 900,000 families and 2.1 million children participated in Kids Bowl Free across the country.
We want even more families involved this year, so we’re offering a Family Pass at JB’s this summer. For a one-time cost of $24.95, up to four family members can also receive two free games of bowling each day. That means you, Mom, can bring the kiddos everyday this summer and pay less than $25 for the whole of it. Got a grandparent, older sibling or babysitter who wants to come? Bring them along, too.

We’ve also got a shoe rental program going on. For another one-time cost, this one for $15, you’ll get shoe rental along with your free bowling all summer long. Have two children involved? You’ll need to purchase one summer-long shoe rental for each of them. The shoe rental runs for the duration of the Kids Bowl Free summer program, May 1-August 23.
If you haven’t signed your kids up yet, it’s time you did so. Register them here. You’ll receive your coupons to your inbox every Sunday morning of the summer. You can print out a hard copy or show us the coupon on your phone. We’ve got specific hours that we accept free bowling coupons, so write these times down: 12-7 pm Monday through Thursday, and 12-5 Friday through Sunday.
