Kris Maegli is the founder and president of Career Strategies, Inc. an executive coaching and consulting firm that specializes in aiding executives and senior level leaders to proactively manage their careers and effectively lead manage and initiate change within their organizations. She also provides coaching to executives during career transition. Kris is also a chairman for Executive Agenda, Wisconsin’s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development for leaders from diverse companies with varied business backgrounds. She chairs 4 EA groups in Southeastern Wisconsin and provides coaching and mentoring for 56 members.
