BBB Names 2015 Business Ethics Award Winners
The BBB of Wisconsin Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce the winners of its prestigious Torch Awards for Business Ethics and Integrity

The Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce the winners of its prestigious Torch Awards for Business Ethics and Integrity.
The five winners were selected by an independent, distinguished panel of twelve business ethics experts and announced at a ceremony in the Garage at the Harley-Davidson Museum® in Milwaukee on Thursday, May 14th. The winners were chosen based on submissions that demonstrated excellence in ethical practices, service excellence, reputation, honest advertising, peer recognition, management practices and employee training in ethical behavior within their industry and community. The winners are:
Charity – Innovative Services, Inc., Green Bay

Category I (1-10 employees) – Action Organizing Services, LLC, Milwaukee
Category II (11-50 employees) – Sure-Dry Basement Systems, Inc., Menasha

Category III (51-500 employees) – Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling, Milwaukee
Category IV (501 or more employees) – Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Milwaukee
In addition to the above winners, the following awards were given:

Category I – InVision Business Development & Marketing, LLC, Madison (runner up)
Bruce & Jeanne Nemovitz/Realty Executives Integrity, Milwaukee (honorable
mention)
Category II – Busch Precision, Inc., Milwaukee (runner up)
Category IV – 4Imprint, Oshkosh (runner up – tie)
Thrivent Financial, Appleton (runner up – tie)
The BBB Leader of Integrity Award was presented to Richard R. Pieper, Sr., non-executive chairman of PPC Partners, Inc. for demonstrating a lifetime of fostering ethics, integrity, and character in Wisconsin.
“The Torch Awards celebrate businesses and charities in our community that exemplify ethics in the marketplace,” said Ran Hoth, President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin. “It is our pleasure to highlight these inspiring companies, all of whom put a high priority on ethics and integrity with their customers, their employees, their vendors, and their donors.”
