Father's Day Goes to the Dogs at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation-Milwaukee

The local German Shepherd Dog Club presented their 24th Annual Dog Show at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation-Milwaukee on Father's Day.

They showed us some warm up exercises such as the basics of sit and stay. It was amazing how the dogs stayed in their spots despite their owners leaving the room and the host of the show causing all kinds of distractions. They not only fetched but they would only fetch a dumbbell that had their owner's scent on it (well some of them tried to fetch ice cream instead).

The group also showed off their agility talents by going though various obstical course challenges such as weave poles, tunnels and a walking see-saws. The German Shephard Dog Club did an amazing job and the residents loved watching them.

We thank them for coming and look forward to seeing them next Father's Day.
