Give Your Plants a '2nd Chance'

Tomatoes only need 25 days till they reach full size and just under 60 days to fully ripen.

Your Tomato plants have suffered thru the drought we had in June and July. The heatwave meant less pollination and fewer tomatoes.
You are about ready to toss the plants and call it a season.
Well, I have some good news. Now, that we are entering more moderate evening and daytime temperatures, there is still time, remember they all still have a very healthy root system.
Tomatoes only need 25 days till they reach full size and just under 60 days to fully ripen.
You can assist your plants by removing some of the smaller or misshaped fruit to allow the plant to send more energy into ripen any larger fruit and allow the plant to set more flowers. Which will increase your yield.
To quote a song from the 70's by David Soul,
"Don't give up on us, Baby,
We can still come through"
