How do you spell amazing? F-I-O-N-A.
This girl seriously has it all. She's a super playful two-year-old pit bull terrier mix who loves all the things dogs are supposed to love. Like carrots. And things that go squeak. She even loves things that dogs aren't supposed to love, like baths. She just sort of loves everything and everyone. Fiona's favorite place to nap is on top of a pillow on top of a couch, as if the couch isn't fancy enough for her dainty self. Her foster mom keeps telling us how perfect she is.

Fiona lives in foster care with two social dogs and a social cat, and all four are really great pals. She snuggles up on her foster brother's rump for naptime (a perfectly fine pillow, she says) and can barely keep herself away from foster grandma's lap when she visits! She's working diligently on training and is learning her manners quickly. She'll pretty much do anything for a treat.
Believe us when we tell you that this girl is really special, and she needs a really special place to call home.

The generosity of our foster families allow us to save precious lives like Fiona's and give second chances to animals who need it. If you're interested in learning more about what it takes to become a foster home, contact info@milwaukeearc.org to sign up for the next foster information meeting. Fostering homeless animals is a big but lifesaving commitment, and our foster parents often tell us they feel like the lucky ones when they share their hearts and homes with these kids.
