Milwaukee Animal Rescue Center Pet of the Week: Phoebe

Phoebe is looking for a forever family!

When we asked Phoebe's foster mom what she had to say about her, she simply said, "she's perfect."

Phoebe is a fantastic one-year-old orange tabby girl with the sweetest little face, the tiniest, most adorable little meow, and the biggest little purrs! She's the perfect combination of affectionate and independent. This girl will enthusiastically greet you at the door and be all snuggles and love, but she likes to explore on her own too, and thinks setting up shop in front of a window to watch the birds fly by is a perfectly lovely way to pass an afternoon.

A few of Phoebe's requirements for her forever home: a string toy or two (her current favorite is an old shoe lace - she likes the simple things), a scratching post (she's a great, appropriate scratcher), a warm bed (a lap will do just fine, too), and a home where she's the only kitty (she thinks humans are way cooler than other cats). Phoebe recently transferred to the Center from foster care and is available to meet during open hours. She's waiting for.. you?
