Catalytic Converter Stolen + Tire Slashed: Greenfield PD Logs
Here's a look back at police logs from the Greenfield Police Department from March 7-13.

GREENFIELD, WI —A resident on 3300 West Loomis Road told police on March 7 someone was damaging his neighbor's car. The caller told police the person had hit a window and slashed a tire, according to Greenfield Police Department call logs.
The window was intact but a tire was punctured, logs say, and the suspect had left in a red Nissan.

- A business on 3700 108th Street told police on Sunday around 8 p.m. that someone had hit a retaining wall. Police followed a trail of debris left after the hit and run to a home where they cited someone for operating while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and hit and run property damage, logs say.
- An auxiliary officer of the department saw multiple juveniles that appeared to be practicing MMA fighting at Konkel Park around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, but when police arrived the juveniles were gone, logs say.
- A resident told police they had rescued a cat out of a tree on 3200 Lynndale Avenue around 3 p.m. on Saturday, and police brought the cat to Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control, logs said.
- Someone told police they saw a silver Honda strike multiple sighs near 69th Street and Edgerton Avenue around 10 a.m. on Saturday. Logs say the suspect driver will be mailed citations for hit and run property and failure to keep vehicle under control.
- A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on 5000 Greenfrook Terrace around 7 a.m. on Saturday.
- A driver told police that three juveniles in a vehicle shot a BB gun at her vehicle while they were driving east on Forest Home Avenue near 84th Street around 6 p.m. on Friday, logs say. Logs say no damage was found on the caller's vehicle.
- Employees at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 4300 27th Street told police on Friday a Crysler Pacifica they rented out to someone had not been returned since its due date of Feb. 23 and they haven't been able to contact the renter, logs say. Police spoke to the renter's sister who told them the renter was homeless and "on a cocaine bender," and that nobody can contact them, logs say. The vehicle was entered as stolen.
- Police arrested the driver of an SUV on 4700 27th Street on Friday for operating while intoxicated 4th offense, logs say.
- A resident on 6100 37th Street told police his neighbor was walking his dogs without a leash early Friday morning when one of the dogs bit him, causing a laceration on his right calf, but the caller told police he did not want the dog owner cited, logs say.
