Sheriff's officials say that a drunk driver registered a .42 on a preliminary breath test, which tests to greater than five times the limit.

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — Authorities in Milwaukee County say a 42-year-old man is lucky to be alive following a drunk driving in which the driver was reportedly intoxicated more than five times the legal limit.
Sheriff's officials say that Tom Dulaney, 42, registered a .42 on a preliminary breath test, which tests to greater than five times the legal limit. Officials say that on Saturday, June 23, just after 2:00 p.m., a deputy responded to a call about possible drunk driver heading south on I-43 at Holt Avenue.
Sheriff's officials say the deputy stopped the vehicle on I-94 at Rawson Avenue and arrested Dulaney after he failed field sobriety tests. He faces misdemeanor charges of Operating While Revoked/OWI-Related and OWI-2nd. If convicted, he could serve up to 18 months in jail.
