Drunk Driver Crashes on I-794; Sheriff's Deputies Arrest Man Monday for 4th OWI
Thomas M. Johnson, age 58, of Cudahy, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the right barrier wall.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Cudahy man following a serious crash in I-794 Monday afternoon.
On Monday, at about 2:20 p.m., deputies responded to a one-car crash on the ramp from the west to the south in the I-794 interchange. The driver, Thomas M. Johnson, age 58, of Cudahy, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the right barrier wall. He suffered facial injuries in the crash.
Johnson said he had a couple of drinks at Nick’s in West Allis. His PBT was .13. Johnson’s prior convictions were in February 1998, May 2003, and May 2015.
If convicted of the felony DUI-4th offense, Johnson faces up to six years in prison.
