Earth Day 2017: Milwaukee County Full List of Volunteer Park Cleanups

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — Help celebrate Earth Day 2017 with Milwaukee County Parks, who are looking for a few good men, women, and children willing to lend a helping hand to clean up the parks, parkways, and rivers, April 22, from 9 a.m.–noon.

While cleanups will occur throughout the Milwaukee County Park System, the kickoff event, at South Shore Park, will begin with on-site registration at 8:30 a.m. The park is located at 2900 S. Shore Drive in Milwaukee.

In addition to the kickoff, cleanups are scheduled the same day and time at Bradford Beach, Caesar’s Park, Estabrook Park, Gordon Park, Holler Park, Hoyt Park, Humboldt Park, Jackson Park, Jacobus Park, Kern Park, Kinnickinnic River Parkway, Kosciuszko Park, Lincoln Park, Lyons Park, Pleasant Valley Park, Pulaski-Milwaukee Park, Washington Park, and Whitnall Park.
