'Eat Right' Presentation Scheduled for Tonight

The Greenfield Health Department, as part of the HealthQuest community healthy education program, is offering an education session aimed to increase knowledge of good nutrition.

The presentation "Eat Right for Life" will be valuable not only to those interested in weight loss but for all those interested in learning how to eat right. It will be held at the  Community Room at 6:30 p.m..

While fad diets have become increasingly more mainstream, the presentation will will seek to re-emphasize the importance of eating healthy. This presentation will help participants forget all those fad diets and their empty promises and learn the common sense approach to eating right and living well.

Each participant will receive a copy of the book, Eat Right for Life, along with helpful handouts.
