Basic Design for Printed Projects

This 2-session class will look at the basic design principles used to help printed projects such as newsletters, posters and brochures achieve their purpose: to reach a targeted audience with a clear message in a visually compelling way.  We’ll look at the good, the bad and the ugly–including font size, placement of images, etc; some examples will be shared in the first class, and you are encouraged to look for additional examples for the following class (Mar. 22).  You may also wish to bring in your own projects for critiques.
