In this 3-session class, you will explore practical, easy-to-learn body-mind-spirit practices used throughout the world.  Learn to balance and strengthen your body’s energy flow through a variety of beginning techniques that promote healing, stress relief, relaxation and more.  Come experience your body’s wisdom and the wisdom of the ages.  Dress comfortably and bring either a yoga mat or blanket to class.
