2 Thursdays, December 6 – 13
In this workshop we will use several Awareness Through Movement® lessons to improve the functional use of our legs and discover keys to a comfortable low back. Strong dependable legs rely on a deep connection to the strong musculature of the pelvic structure and spine. This series of lessons will begin with simple ideas, imagery and breath, and move to more complex movements. If you suffer from chronic leg pain, ankle or foot pain or low back discomfort, this class will give you tools to reduce that pain on a daily basis.
