11.Β Β Β  Discuss recommendation to amend the Zoning Code text to enable β€˜used car sales’ to be allowed as a Special Use in the C-2/C-3/C-4 Commercial Districts on a limited basis where β€˜auto repair’ is the principal use on a parcel; an ordinance prohibiting β€˜used car sales’ as a stand-alone type of use was adopted in 2000.
