Flowers For Dreams Hosting Bouquet-making workshops

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — While an official grand opening date is still to be determined (likely to occur in June), Flowers for Dreams is hosting two workshops in their new space as they make finishing touches next weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day.

On Saturday, May 12, Flowers for Dreams will offer two Mother's Day bouquet-making workshops at their new permanent location in Walker's Point, where participants can craft their own bouquets for mom (participants are also invited to bring their moms along). There is a workshop at 11 a.m., and another at 2 p.m.

Participants will get a preview of the new space, design their own spring bouquet for/with mom, and enjoy food and beverages from other Walker’s Point businesses including cocktails from Central Standard Craft Distillery, and treats from Purple Door Ice Cream and Full of Beans Café. Flowers for Dreams workshops are an interactive and fun experience, and participants learn tips and techniques from the company’s own floral designers. Stems are hand curated at local markets whenever possible to create fresh, unique bouquets.
