Frigid Halloween Followed By A Slight Warm-Up

If your trick-or-treating schedule pulls you out-of-doors Tuesday, it's going to be below freezing by nightfall. Brr!

If you or your children are heading out trick-or-treating on Tuesday, you may want to bundle up. According to the National Weather Service in Milwaukee, Halloween will be the coldest day of the week, with temperatures around 31 degrees. There will be a brief warm-up after Tuesday with highs for the rest of the week in the mid-50s.

There is also a chance of wind and rain throughout the week. The highest chance of rain is on Wednesday night with a 50 percent chance of showers, and winds gusting up to 30 mph during the day.
