The Greenfield Common Council's only meeting of the month was canceled Monday.
The council was scheduled to meet 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Common Council chambers of City Hall, but will not because of a lack of a quorum.
The next meeting is not until Aug. 16.

Among the agenda items for the canceled meeting was the discussion of the potential reorganization of the police and fire departments, both of which are under the supervision of interim chiefs.
