GREENFIELD - Fourth of July 2016 Guide

Are you ready for the weekend? Here is your guide to Greenfield Fourth of July festivities including parades, fireworks and fun!

GREENFIELD -- Greenfield celebrates Independence Day with a three-day festival in Konkel Park, 5151 W. Layton Ave.

The festival starts Saturday, July 2, with the grand opening of the amphitheater in Konkel Park near the Greenfield Farmers Market at 1 p.m.

  • The Stephanie Marie Dance Company 2:15 p.m.,
  • “The Voice of Elvis” at 3 p.m.,

July 3

10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Farmers Market

July 4

Greenfield's Fourth of July parade steps off at approximately 12:15 p.m. from 68th Street and Layton Avenue and proceeding east on Layton toward Konkel Park.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison marching band will stage a fifth-quarter show after the parade.

Festivities go on all day and include a pie eating contest, a best wings competition, ice cream giveaway, various youth pageants and a dance show.

Fireworks will be at dusk.
