Greenfield High School Presents 'Mornings at Seven'

Greenfield High School's spring play is Thursday-Saturday, March 22-23, at 7 p.m. each night in the school's Performing Arts Center.

The Drama Department at is proud to present Mornings At Seven.

Morning’s at Seven is the story of the four Gibb sisters and their lives in an American town. Cora (Samantha Gager) lives with her husband, Thor (Joe McNutt), and her younger sister Aronetta (Analisa Mundell-Wachowiak). They live next door to their sister, Ida (Corie Stingl), who lives there with her husband, Carl (Matt Clarey), and their son, Homer (Joey Krasovich). The eldest sister, Esther (Constance Scheffler), lives one block away with her husband, David (Eli Haas).

The story begins with Ida telling her son Homer, that it is time for him to marry his girlfriend Myrtle (Sandra Polakowski), who he has been dating for twelve years.  After all, he’s 40 and she’s 39. What are they waiting for? Clearly the Gibb sisters like the routine of their lives, but when Homer finally brings Myrtle home to “meet the family,” the results are anything but routine.
