Greenfield Man Gives Grandma Concussion, Is Arrested
A 25-year-old Greenfield man has been arrested after police say he assaulted his grandmother and gave her a concussion.

GREENFIELD, WI — A 25-year-old Greenfield man has been arrested after police say he assaulted his grandmother and gave her a concussion.
Daniel Jacobson, of the 3000 block of W. Ramsey Ave. has been charged with aggravated battery and disorderly conduct in the case.
According to his criminal complaint, on Aug. 20, Jacobson had been arguing with his grandmother's husband in the kitchen of a Greenfield residence, when Jacobson's grandmother entered the kitcen to see that he was on top of her spouse punching him.

The complaint stated that Jacobson's grandmother grabbed his hoodie to try to get him off the elderly man. She reportedly hit Jacobson on the side of the head, only to have Jacobson force his own grandmother to the ground, climb on top of her and punch her several times.
Police responded to the scene and found Jacobson walking down the street near the residence where the incident took place, according to police reports. According to officials, Jacobson admitted to punching his grandmother, and was subsequently taken into custody.

The grandmother was taken to St. Luke's hospital where she was treated for a concussion.
