Greenfield, Milwaukee Win Award for Work on Historic Route US 41

The municipalities received the award in intergovernmental cooperation.

Historic Route US 41, which , was an example of multiple governmental agencies working together.

And Greenfield and Milwaukee did it so well, the municipalities earned an award for their efforts.

The municipalities earned the Public Policy Forum's 2011 Salute to Local Government Award for Intergovernmental Cooperation for the three business improvement districts created to help revitalize the 27th Street corridor.
