Greenfield Police Asking For Help In Forest Home Fatal Crash
Police say a 73-year-old Milwaukee man riding a motorcycle died in a crash. Investigators need your help:
GREENFIELD, WI -- Police in Greenfield are asking for the public's help to obtain more information after a Friday, April 5 two vehicle crash resulted in the death of a motorist.
Police say a 73-year-old Milwaukee man was driving a 2013 Honda motorcycle and was heading north from a stop sign at S. Elmwood Ave. onto W. Forest Home Ave. He was later identified as Lawrence Kresse, of Milwaukee.
At the same time, police said an 18-year-old Milwaukee man was driving a 2008 Honda Accord east on W. Forest Home Ave.

Police said the two motorists attempted to avoid each other, but ended up colliding in the intersection. Police said the crash sent the motorcycle driver to the ground. He was pronounced dead on-scene by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office.
Police said the driver of the car was not seriously injured, and that he is cooperating with traffic investigators following the crash.
