JB’s on 41 Launches Fresh, New Approach to Dining with Revamped Food Options, Beer Pairings in Junction Bar & Grill
Menu created by certified cicerone beer server amplifies signature dish taste

MILWAUKEE (August 18, 2016) – JB’s on 41, Milwaukee’s premier entertainment center, is expanding its options for Milwaukeeans beyond bowling and games to a revamped food selection at its Junction Bar & Grill, featuring a new focus on fresh ingredients and beer pairings not found at any other bowling center in Wisconsin.
Under the direction of general manager Adam Hug, a certified cicerone beer server, the Junction Bar & Grill has revamped its menu to feature a more diverse array of food options for guests, designed to make the bar and restaurant a destination for people looking for new dining options.
All food is made fresh in house at the Junction Bar & Grill, including homemade bleu cheese dressing, hand rolled mozzarella sticks and balsamic marinated portabella burgers. Additionally, the beer pairings listed on the new Junction menu have been designed to bring harmony between the food and drink.

Hug has studied and tested different styles of beer from around the globe and carefully worked to connect them with signature dishes. A favorite of his on the new menu is the French Dip sandwich paired with Central Waters Mud Puppy Porter.
“Finding the perfect pairing with the right craft beer is part of a national trend where we are seeing the rise of microbrewers as something people want when they go out for dinner,” said Hug. “We’ve worked really hard to find the best local and national microbrews to pair up with our menu and our overall bar selection.”

Among the other new items on the Junction Bar & Grill menu includes homemade bread pudding, which features an Irish Whiskey cream sauce drizzle that leaves taste buds wanting more. Other sweet treats include a rich Ghirardelli brownie sundae topped with strawberries and a cookie ice cream sandwich called Big 41.
Homemade pizzas will continue to be a staple of Junction Bar & Grill, a fan favorite since the center became JB’s on 41 in 2012. Guests can build their own pie, starting with their choice of fresh tomato sauce, garlic olive oil, or buffalo sauce, and adding toppings like fresh basil, caramelized onions, and a variety of cheeses.
“I always recommend our pizzas. Whatever you like, we build to order,” said Hug. “Our signature pizzas are nothing to forget about either! As we’ve heard over and over: we have the best pizza pie in town.”
JB’s on 41 is also offering Taco Tuesdays with chicken and beef tacos, rice, and beans, as well as Friday Fish Fry, where guests can choose 3 pieces of cod with rye bread, coleslaw, tartar sauce, and haystack onions or fries or an all-you-can-eat option.
The Junction Bar & Grill is open at noon daily, so stop in for a fantastic meal! To learn more about the new menu, visit http://jbson41.com/restaurant.
