Marshall's Coming to Greenfield's 84South Retail Development
84South just announced securing another major tenant for their retail project, here are the details:
GREENFIELD -- Greenfield's 84South retail project has secured a major tenant for 2017.
According to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal, Marshalls was announced as a new retailer. They are expected to open in Summer or Fall of 2017, and occupy a 21,000 square foot space in 84South.
County officials and developers broke ground on Greenfield's transformative 84South project in October, announcing a raft of future tenants for the 50-acre development.

According to a FOX 6 report, the following retailers are already coming to the 84South development:
- Steinhafels (moving from 84th and Layton)
- Portillo's
- Total Wine
- Fresh Thyme Farmers Market
- Ross Dress for Less
- ULTA Beauty
- Kirklands
- Carter's
- Oshkosh B'Gosh
- Five Below
