Memorial Day Weekend Drunk Driving Arrests In Milwaukee County

13 Drivers on Milwaukee County freeways from Milwaukee, Franklin, Oak Creek, West Allis, Kenosha, Burlington and more were arrested for OWI

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI β€” This weekend’s Operation Drive Sober initiative, from Friday at 4:00 p.m. through today at 6:00 a.m., resulted in the arrest of 13 drivers on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. The average preliminary breath test result was .14.

Three people were arrested for DUI-3rd, two for DUI-2nd, one for DUI-2nd with minor children in vehicle, and one for DUI-1st with minor children in vehicle. One of those arrested for DUI-3rd was also a wrong-way driver on the freeway.

Repeat offenders arrested for DUI-3rd offense were:

  • Anthony Buttita, age 33, of Milwaukee
  • Ryan Pierce, age 26, of Burlington
  • Juan Valdivia, age 26, of West Allis.

Three drunk drivers were arrested for DUI-2nd:

  • Erika Martin, age 26, of West Bend
  • Tyler Stuck, age 22, of West Allis
  • Vieta Caldwell, age 34, of Milwaukee.

First-time offenders taken into custody were:

  • Steven Pitzl, age 25, of Milwaukee
  • Kayla Kautza, age 23, of Franklin
  • Robert Rose, age 22, of Milwaukee
  • Adam Freitag, age 29, of Kenosha
  • Patrick Garvin, age 28, of Milwaukee
  • Danielle Flores, age 27, of Oak Creek
  • Andre Davis, age 51, of Milwaukee.
