Modern McDonald's Replaces Greenfield Landmark

Sleek, spacious restaurant re-opened on 76th Street on Friday.

Solid Gold McDonald's was one of a kind, and its successor is not.

But the new McDonald's, , which opened Friday, is a practical upgrade to its predecessor, which was demolished in April.

The new restaurant was built on the far north end of the lot, leaving ample space for parking to the south. Just south of the building is an outdoor patio.
