Performing Arts Center Welcomes Swingtet Band Tonight

The Glenn Asch and Chris Hanson Swingtet, and singer Rae Cassidy, will perform at the Greenfield Performing Arts Center at 8 p.m. Saturday evening.

The swingtet band uses the sounds and instrumentation of the 1930s and 1940s with a twist, often working rockabilly, bebop, African styling, and artists such as The Beatles, Elvis, and the Allman Brothers into their performances.
