GREENFIELD - Police say a man who drove at more than twice the speed limit on S. 76th St., leading to a fatal accident, has been charged in court.

He was transported to Froedtert Hospital where he was pronounced deceased upon arrival. Eyewitnesses to the crash said they observed Graika's vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and swerving in and out of traffic, broadsiding the Neon, his complaint said.
