The proposed Power Up Coffee House would serve barista-prepared coffee, tea and cold-blended drinks along with sandwiches, soups and breakfast options. The shop's owners hope to use as much locally-produced goods as possible, such as Purple Door ice cream and Anodyne coffee beans. They also anticipate that bicycle traffic would be a major part of their business, as the building is situated near the Root River Parkway.
