Safe Harbor (Mental Health) Support Group
Open support group for individuals and families dealing with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress and other mental illnesses.
Safe Harbor offers Christian support groups for individuals and families dealing with the challenge of living with depression, anxiety, panic attacks and other forms of mental illness. Open to all, no cost to participate.
Day Group meets 1st and 3rd Thursday, 9:30 to 11:30 am
Night Group meets 1st and 3rd Thursday, 6:30 to 8:00 pm
