Spring Sports Season Starts Today
The Whitnall track team opens with a 12-team meet at Milwaukee South.

The spring high school sports season kicks off today as the Whitnall boys and girls track teams start their campaigns in a 12-team indoor meet at Milwaukee South High School.
Whitnall will go head-to-head with Whitefish Bay Dominican, Nicolet and nine City Conference schools: Custer, Bradley Tech, Hamilton, King, North, Pulaski, Washington, Madison and the meet host.
It is the first competition of the season of any kind for either of the city’s high schools. Other starting dates, according to the schools’ online schedules, are as follows:

- Golf: in Woodland Conference mini-meet at Naga-Waukee Golf Course, 3:20 p.m. Thursday, April 7
- Soccer: at Muskego, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 29
- Softball: hosts Greendale at , 4:15 p.m. Thursday, March 31
- Tennis: hosts South Milwaukee, 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 6
- Track: in West Allis Hale Invite at West Allis Central, 4:15 p.m. March 29
