Two Milwaukee Shootings Leave 1 Dead, 2 Wounded

Police say two men where shot when they were sitting on a porch, at which point one man died. Another man was sitting in a parked car.

MILWAUKEE -- Police say a 32-year-old man was shot and killed in the 3600 block near N. 3rd St. and W. Keefe Ave. at about 6 p.m. Saturday.

According to a report from the Journal Sentinel, he and another man, 22, were sitting on the porch of a house when the shooter opened fire.

Both men were transported to the hospital. Life-saving measures rendered to the 32-year-old man were unsuccessful at saving his life, said police.

The Journal Sentinel also reported a second shooting occurred at 7:15 p.m. in the 5800 block of W. Ruby Ave, according to police.

A 26-year-old man was sitting in his car when a gunman fired multiple shots into his vehicle. Police said the man's injuries do no appear to be life-threatening.
