Greenfield and Milwaukee city officials gathered at the corner of Mangold Avenue and South 27th Street to celebrate the grand opening of Historic Route US 41 Thursday morning.

Greenfield Mayor Michael Neitzke, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and many others were on hand. The two cities worked together to create three business improvement districts along Route 41.
