WEATHER ALERT: Thunderstorms Are On Their Way

MILWAUKEE - The National Weather Service has issued a "Hazardous Weather Outlook" for portions of east central Wisconsin, South central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

Today and Tonight:

A warm front will push into southern Wisconsin today, then stall and remain a focus for repeated thunderstorms development through Tonight. There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms.

Large hail and damaging wind are the main threats. Some areas could receive successive rounds of storms resulting in localized flooding.

Friday:

The warm front will linger into Friday...Continuing the marginal risk of severe storms through Friday night. Heat index readings will rise into the middle 90s over south Central Wisconsin on Friday.
