Whitnall Baseball Team's Struggles Continue
The Falcons fell to South Milwaukee on Monday, their fifth loss in six games.

The South Milwaukee Rockets scored six times in the bottom of the fifth inning to erase Whitnall's lead en route to an 8-7 victory.
The loss was Whitnall's fifth in six games and dropped them to 9-6 overall and 4-3 in the Woodland Conference.
Josh Serio's two-run home run in the fourth inning gave Whitnall a 3-0 lead, and later the Falcons scored two in the fifth thanks to South Milwaukee errors to take a 5-2 lead.

But in the fifth, after Serio pitched the first four innings with four strikeouts, South Milwaukee displayed its patience by drawing four walks (another batter was hit by a pitch) in the six-run frame.
Marty Ordinans and Brent Sluka knocked in runs for the Falcons in the seventh, but it was not enough.
