Whitnall School District Notes Improvement in WKCE Scores

The Whitnall School District is pleased to announce it has experienced growth in all five tested areas of the Wisconsin Knowledge and Concepts Examinations between the 2012-13 and 2013-14 academic years, according to data released by the Department of Public Instruction this month.

The District’s achievement improved in reading, mathematics, language arts, science and social studies and remained well above the state average in all five WKCE test categories.

"These results are indicative of the dedicated staff, students, parents, and community of the Whitnall School District,” said Anthony Brazouski, Whitnall’s Executive Director of Academic Achievement. “The District remains committed to ensuring rigorous and relevant learning experiences for all students kindergarten through 12th grade, and the current vision and goals continue to develop a more seamless and conscious approach to preparing all students for college and careers."
